Toolbook V9

problems abound

It seems that the recently released Toolbook V9, the long awaited 32 bit release, has some severe problems.

I (and a large number of V9 users) are having problems apparently with memory management related crashes in random places. A number of other users claim no problems and much increased speed in many areas (that being said though I wonder if anything they release that uses the Toolbook runtime will be ticking time bombs crashing on random machines and random times).

It seems that SumTotal Systems is a aware of problems and is working on a service release -- though I am not sure what fixes will be included.
