Our Approach

Several studies have proved over the years that students perform as well, and often better, in on-line (distance) learning as in physical classrooms. The delivery of e-learning solutions as an alternative, or as a supplement, to traditional instructor-led learning offers the following benefits:

  • Access to learning by audiences that are geographically diverse;
  • Access to self-paced learning by the student;
  • Availability of learning opportunities "24/7" at the student's discretion;
  • A web-based delivery approach that provides a consistent curriculum of learning to all students;
  • A web-based delivery approach that easily manages updates and revisions to curriculum;
  • Cost reductions by minimizing travel time, for both students and instructors;
  • Assessments, offered during and/or at the end of a lesson, that provide validation for the learning experience, for both the student and employer; and
  • Access to a curriculum through a Learning Management System (LMS), which provides auditable learning results for both the student and the employer.

Our Approach to Rapid Development of E-Learning Solutions

Our unique development methodology and suite of support tools (collaborative and technical) are designed to support rapid content development and to provide client self-sufficiency in content maintenance.

Our development philosophy does not require that we be subject matter experts as a prerequisite to creating a lesson. The content capture process is designed to leverage the subject matter experts, by helping them target and organize their knowledge, and to offload the time-consuming storyboarding process. All content is managed using standard Microsoft Office products, which provides the client with the flexibility to maintain the content in-house. The result is an efficient, in terms of time and dollars, knowledge capture process. The outcome is a packaging of custom content that can be organized into a structured training curriculum designed to enhance performance.
