Our Philosophy

Courses by Wire has been delivering quality on-line or computer based training for over 10 years to a wide range of clients. We have a proven track record of executing projects both on time and on budget. Courses by Wire provides the capability to deliver course content in an on-line learning environment. We:

  • Empower course providers with rapid deployment of lesson content and access to administrative tracking;
  • Empower learners with access to courses - anywhere, anytime, anyplace, - in an independent learning environment.

For innovative e-learning solutions to be successful, an organization's learning initiatives must be closely tied to its business goals and vision. Courses by Wire offers value-added services and support to ensure your learning initiatives meet your objectives and deliver a healthy return on investment.

The Learning Challenge

Training alone is often seen as an expense rather than an asset. This is not the case when training occurs in conjunction with enhancing performance. We assist our clients in defining performance goals for target audiences and packaging a training curriculum using blended learning strategies to meet these performance objectives.

A blended learning approach contributes to the overall success of the training since it appeals to different learning styles and takes advantage of synchronous and asynchronous training deliveries.

Our rapid e-learning development process quickly arrives at a solution to allow consistent communication of training material using web-based delivery, incorporates blended learning strategies, and allows client self-sufficiency in change management.

Since the benefits of different training deliveries contribute to the overall success of the training, our eValuation Program combines an online assessment environment with an affordable Learning Delivery System (LDS) to provide data that can help improve training effectiveness. As an example, an on-line interactive assessment can be created to support a pre-existing on-line or instructor-led training course. This eValuation Program enables both learners and management to evaluate progress and supports the achievement of specific performance targets.

When blended learning and rapid e-learning development strategies are used in conjunction with an eValuation Program and an affordable Learning Delivery System (LDS), an organization can assess training effectiveness and get real, documented ROI (return on investment) results from the implementation of training.

Our Approach to Rapid Development of E-Learning Solutions

Our unique development methodology and suite of support tools (collaborative and technical) are designed to support rapid content development and to provide client self-sufficiency in content maintenance.

Our Approach to Project Management

We also have a unique approach to developing and executing a project. This approach involves conducting a preconsult - a 2-hour facilitated event with the client - to identify the business challenges of the proposed project and confirm that an on-line learning and LMS solution is appropriate. As a result of this event, we are in a position to prepare a detailed proposal and a development schedule to meet the business objectives.

To support ongoing collaboration we use a creative problem solving process, Simplex®. This creative process engages all participants and leads to clear and rapid decision-making. We are recognized as expert practitioners of the Simplex® process and have over 10 years of experience in applying this process to define client needs, and to develop and implement creative solutions. As a result, we have excellent project management skills and a proven track record of executing e-learning projects both on time and on budget.Top of page
