Available on the web, the e-learning solution consists of:
- Several lessons, that provide Avotus Professional customers with a better understanding of its features and capabilities, and
- Exercises, that simulate the software program and allow customers to practice procedural steps.
Avotus expects to:
- Empower their customers to take direct actions to reduce overall telecom costs and improve organizational effectiveness;
- Assist their Help Desk staff in their customer support activities; and
- Reduce the number of calls and the duration of each call to their Help Desk as a ratio to the total number of installations.
