Training alone is often seen as an expense rather than an asset. This is not the case when training occurs in conjunction with enhancing performance. We assist our clients in defining performance goals for target audiences and packaging an e-learning, or on-line training, curriculum to meet these performance objectives.

An e-learning curriculum consists of a structured set of lessons, typically delivered through a Learning Management System (LMS).

An on-line training or e-learning curriculum can be integrated into an overall training curriculum that includes other elements, such as pre-existing on-line lessons or training that is offered off-line (i.e. instructor-led training, reading a book, etc.). This blended learning approach can lead to superior results, since the benefits of different training deliveries contribute to the overall success of the training. As an example, an on-line interactive evaluation or assessment can be created to support a pre-existing on-line or instructor-led training course.

A production cycle builds the lessons into an interactive web-based e-learning application.

Our e-learning applications can be delivered in a Learning Management System (LMS) environment, through the Internet/Intranet viewed by different browsers, or on a CD. Courses by Wire can also host an on-line learning environment for delivery of a training curriculum and assist our clients with the development of marketing strategies.
